If a product is not right for you, you can send it back. We pay for the return.
When you can return
- Within 30 days of the order date. If delivery took a long time, you always have at least 14 days from the day you received the product.
- The product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all labels.
- Personalised products cannot be returned.
How to return
Email contact@bamboccini.com with your order number and the product you want to return. We send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Return shipping cost
We pay the return shipping, every time. You do not pay anything to send a product back, whatever its size.
Refunds
Once the product arrives and we have checked it, we refund the original payment method. The refund usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not exchange directly. If you want a different size or colour, return the product and place a new order.
Damaged or wrong product
If a product arrives damaged or it is not what you ordered, write to us with a photo. We send a replacement or refund you, and the cost is ours.
