Everything you need to know about how we ship your order, from processing time to delivery.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), unless the product page states otherwise. Some products take longer because of availability or production; when that applies, the product page shows it before you order.

Where we ship

We ship to the European Union countries you can select at checkout. We ship from the EU, so there are no customs duties or import fees. If your country is not listed, write to us and we will check what is possible.

Delivery time

Delivery within the EU takes 4–8 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and can vary slightly with the destination and seasonal volume (for example around holidays).

Shipping cost

• €10 per order within the EU
• Free for orders of €300 or more

The exact cost is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking link by email. If it has not arrived within a few days, check your spam folder or write to us.

Delays

We work with reliable carriers, but occasional delays can happen because of weather or high seasonal volume. If your parcel is late, contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier.

Incorrect shipping details

Please check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

🔁 Return Conditions

You can request a return under the following conditions:

• The return is requested within 30 days of the original order date.

• The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.

• Personalized products, as well as underwear and socks, are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.

We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

💸 Return shipping cost:
In most cases, we cover the return shipping, unless otherwise stated.
Note: Return costs from remote regions (e.g. Greece, Malta, Cyprus) may be slightly higher.

💳 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
