Everything you need to know about how we ship your order, from processing time to delivery.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). The product page shows the expected dispatch and delivery dates for that product. Some products take longer because of availability or production; when that applies, the product page shows it before you order.

Where we ship

We ship to the European Union countries you can select at checkout. We ship from the EU, so there are no customs duties or import fees. If your country is not listed, write to us and we will check what is possible.

Delivery time

Delivery within the EU takes 5–10 business days from the order. These are estimates and can vary slightly with the destination and seasonal volume (for example around holidays).

Shipping cost

We pay part of the shipping cost ourselves. Your part depends on the product and on the destination country, because our products ship directly from their makers across the EU. For a single product it is €19.99 at most, and for most products and countries between €5 and €15.

The exact cost is shown at checkout, as soon as you enter your address and before you pay.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking link by email. If it has not arrived within a few days, check your spam folder or write to us.

Delays

We work with reliable carriers, but occasional delays can happen because of weather or high seasonal volume. If your parcel is late, contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier.

Incorrect shipping details

Please check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Full return policy

If a product is not right for you, you can send it back. We pay for the return.

When you can return

  • Within 30 days of the order date. If delivery took a long time, you always have at least 14 days from the day you received the product.
  • The product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all labels.
  • Personalised products cannot be returned.

How to return

Email contact@bamboccini.com with your order number and the product you want to return. We send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Return shipping cost

We pay the return shipping, every time. You do not pay anything to send a product back, whatever its size.

Refunds

Once the product arrives and we have checked it, we refund the original payment method. The refund usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not exchange directly. If you want a different size or colour, return the product and place a new order.

Damaged or wrong product

If a product arrives damaged or it is not what you ordered, write to us with a photo. We send a replacement or refund you, and the cost is ours.
